The
"Yes/No" questions of heat, water, and cooking refer
to the expected use of the propane. If propane is to be
used for heating the household, check the appropriate
box. Check all that apply.
We do
not install tank pads. If you already have a pad we
will gladly install a tank on it, but we do not pour them
ourselves. We will supply concrete blocks if nothing is
supplied. If you already have blocks please verify it in
the supplied area of the form. If you have any other
